Mixed ages caseload with 95% NDIS and 5% private. Broad generalist scope across neurodiversity, physical disability, and a growing aged care caseload.
Services & Clinical Focus:
Support clients with assistive technology, minor and major home modifications, SIL & SDA assessments, and high-quality functional reporting.
Flexibility & Work Settings:
Hybrid role that is more clinic-based than community,



with WFH options for admin and a 9-day fortnight
Day-to-Day:
Manage your own caseload and provide clinical supervision to junior team members. KPI's are inclusive of supervision.

Bonus & Benefits:
Bonus Structure:
$86 per billable hour exceeded, paid biannually.
Professional Development:
$1,500 CPD (negotiable) plus PD leave.

Peer supervision (monthly or fortnightly), protected admin time, guest speakers, and internal upskilling days.
Tools Provided:

Requirements:
4 Years Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
