LEVEL 33 is a rapidly growing property development company delivering high-quality residential projects across Sydney and Wollongong. With a solid pipeline of off-the-plan developments, we're looking for an ambitious Project Sales Agent to join our team.
As a Project Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for selling off-the-plan residential units across our developments. You'll engage with prospective buyers, manage sales inquiries, and provide a seamless experience from initial interest through to settlement. This role offers exposure to high-value projects and the opportunity to grow with a dynamic team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively market off-the-plan residential projects to prospective buyers.
Conduct property presentations, inspections, and client consultations.
Manage the sales process from enquiry through to contract and settlement.




Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and industry partners.
Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to achieve sales targets.
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience in off-the-plan or residential property sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the Sydney and Wollongong property markets is highly desirable.
