Montefiore is a not-for-profit aged care organisation based in Sydney, delivering residential care, adaptable home care and retirement living. The Client Experience Advisor will lead the HELF program across campuses, coordinating activities with residents, families and staff to ensure a seamless, compliant client journey.
The six-month, full-time role reports to the Admissions Manager and requires strong project coordination, exceptional customer service and experience with CRM platforms.
