Busy Bees is seeking a passionate Lead Educator to join Busy Bees at Torquay, VIC, on a full-time basis. You'll lead the daily learning program, mentor staff, and ensure a safe, engaging workplace for children, aligned with EYLF and NQF standards.
You will bring a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-equivalent), current First Aid/CPR, and a VIC Working with Children Check. Experience leading a room and collaborating with families is essential.
