Brae Group Pty Ltd specialises in remedial construction and is seeking a detail-oriented and organised
Contracts Administrator
to join our team in Drummoyne, NSW. This is a
full-time position
that plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our contract management processes. As Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of contracts from inception through to completion, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and supporting the smooth operation of our business relationships. This role is essential to protecting our organisation's interests and ensuring all contractual obligations are met in a timely and professional manner.
Key responsibilities
Preparing, reviewing and maintaining accurate contract documentation and records
Coordinating contract negotiations between internal stakeholders and external parties
Ensuring all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements and industry standards
Managing contract timelines, including key dates, renewal periods and expiration notifications
Monitoring contract performance and ensuring parties fulfil their obligations
Maintaining a centralised contract register and management system
Liaising with relevant departments to facilitate contract execution and implementation
Providing administrative support for contract amendments and variations
Identifying and escalating any contract breaches or issues that require attention
Preparing regular reports on contract status and compliance matters
What we're looking for
Proven experience in contracts administration, preferably within a commercial or corporate setting




Strong organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Knowledge of contract law principles and compliance requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with the capacity to identify contractual risks and issues
Professional qualifications in contracts administration or related field (preferred)
Experience with document control systems and filing protocols
Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and prioritise effectively
