NORTHSIX is partnering with a well-established and growing national transport and logistics business located in Redbank QLD, with a multi-decade track record in the Australian freight industry.
Operating a modern fleet, they deliver freight and container movement solutions to a loyal base of local, interstate and international clients.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the lead HR contact for the business nationally, reporting directly to the Managing Director
Manage the full employee lifecycle recruitment support, onboarding, performance management and offboarding

Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and templates for a nationally consistent approach
Support workforce planning and contribute to business planning discussions with the Managing Director
Lead or coordinate remuneration and benefits reviews with the leadership team
Build the framework and business case for future HR headcount as the function grows
Support culture, engagement and safety initiatives across a geographically dispersed workforce
