Day to Day key responsibilities include:




Supporting children and families across home and community settings to navigate the NDIS and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Conducting functional and standardised assessments in a variety of environments.
Delivering tailored therapy programs aligned with each client's individual goals.
Completing progress notes, reports, and documentation to professional and NDIS standards.
Collaborating with families, support staff and multidisciplinary teams.
Recommending assistive technology, equipment, and environmental modifications where required.
Providing education and practical strategies to families, carers and support networks.
Managing a flexible mobile caseload across the Gold Coast.
