Knox Grammar School is an independent, multi-campus Kindergarten to Year 12 day and boarding school for boys, located at Wahroonga on Sydney's North Shore.

ABOUT THE ROLE
An chance has arisen at Knox Grammar School Senior Campus for an Assistant Director of School Operations 7-12 to join on a 12-month fixed-term basis commencing Term 1, ****.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Relevant teaching qualifications and eligibility to teach in NSW, including current NESA accreditation.
A strong record of effective teaching in a discipline relevant to the Senior School.
High-level competence, capability and literacy with computing applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and data management systems.
Experience coordinating operational, administrative and logistical functions within a school environment.
The ability to support and coordinate key academic operations, including timetabling, staffing requirements, examinations, excursions and curriculum-related activities.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
A service-oriented approach characterised by problem solving, initiative and lateral thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to positively influence and collaborate with staff at all levels of the School.
Demonstrated capacity to think strategically and implement solutions aligned to organisational priorities and objectives.
The ability to work effectively in a collegial environment and develop productive relationships with Heads of Department, Directors of Studies and operational teams.
An interest in leveraging emerging technologies and ICT solutions to support the operational needs of the Senior School.
A commitment to continuous qualified learning and development.
The desire to be a team-player in a collegial environment with high expectations of its members and its students.
