Job Description

You'll play a key role in delivering safe and efficient verge collection services. This hands‐on role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to make a visible impact across the community.
What You'll Be Doing
Load green waste safely and efficiently
Complete daily machinery inspections
Perform routine operator maintenance tasks
Follow safe work procedures always
Communicate using two-way radio systems
Support team leaders in field operations
We're looking for an experienced operator with a strong commitment to safety and service. You'll ideally bring:
Nationally accredited skid steer qualification
HR Class Driver's Licence required
Robust safety focus and awareness
Effective communication and decision-making skills




Ability to work independently
Commitment to excellent customer service
National Police Clearance required
