Managed, supported, and coordinated non-productionenvironments for NEM Wholesale Dispatch IT platforms, ensuring timelyavailability across concurrent projects Coordinated Non-Prod and Productionenvironments for release activities, aligning environment readiness with therelease calendar and code deployment schedules
Nice to Have Skills:
Tracked and reported on environment health, availability, and release risksto project managers via status reports and stand-ups.
Maintainedenvironment and released documentation (runbooks, calendars, configurationrecords)

Managed, supported, and coordinated non-productionenvironments for NEM Wholesale Dispatch IT platforms, ensuring timelyavailability across concurrent projects Coordinated resolution ofenvironment issues across non-prod environments, liaising with development,QA, and infrastructure teams to minimise delays to testing and releaseschedules Coordinated Non-Prod and Production environments for releaseactivities, aligning environment readiness with the release calendar and codedeployment schedules Supported release management activities includingchange requests, deployment scheduling, and go/no-go coordination in linewith ITIL-aligned change management processes Tracked and reported onenvironment health, availability, and release risks to project managers viastatus reports and stand-ups Maintained workplace and releasedocumentation (runbooks, calendars, configuration records) in Confluence toensure accuracy and audit readiness
