The Role
We are seeking a Transformation and Change Manager to lead strategic change initiatives that enhance workforce capability, engagement and organisational performance.
As the Transformation and Change Manager, you will lead transformation and change activities across Compliance and Regulatory Services, with a key focus on supporting the implementation and optimisation of the WMSR (TRACE) Microsoft Dynamics project.
You will work closely with leaders, stakeholders and project teams to ensure employees are equipped, engaged and ready to succeed in a changing environment.




We're looking for a collaborative and influential professional with demonstrated experience leading complex organisational change and business transformation programs.
To be successful you will have:
significant experience planning, implementing and embedding organisational and cultural change
strong expertise in change management, business transition, impact assessment and workforce readiness
proven ability to coach, mentor and develop leaders and teams
exceptional stakeholder engagement, consultation and influencing skills
experience delivering business, cultural and operational improvement projects
excellent written communication skills, including the development of strategies, plans, reports and presentations
strong facilitation and workshop design capabilities
experience using recognised project management methodologies.
