ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

We're looking for an energetic, fashion-loving Assistant Store Manager to help lead the team and inspire great vibes in-store.
As the right hand to the Store Manager, you'll take the reins in their absence and be a key player in driving sales, creating memorable customer moments and maintaining a space that reflects the Tree of Life spirit.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll:
Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a passionate retail team
Take full responsibility for the store when the Manager is away
Drive daily sales targets and team performance
Foster an exceptional customer experience every time
Oversee your own department within the store
Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation is on point
Bring the Tree of Life brand to life through your personal style and customer connections

WHAT YOU BRING
Minimum 2 years of experience in Fashion, Jewellery or Homewares retail
Leadership potential and confidence to manage the store solo
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for inspiring customers through product knowledge and style
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including Mondays, Sundays, and peak trading periods (including Christmas)
