Life Without Barriers is seeking a Case Coordinator for the National Immigration Support Service in Parramatta.
The role involves conducting intake assessments, submitting SRSS applications, and coordinating referrals to community supports to ensure secure, holistic pathways.
You will work with clients to assess needs, develop safety plans, and maintain accurate records, using trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices.
Hybrid work from Parramatta office and home is supported.
