We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Contract Administrator to support the Defence Theatre Logistics (DTL) contract portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience working with Government contracts, Defence, procurement or other highly regulated environments who enjoys working with reporting, documentation and contract governance.
You will work closely with commercial, finance, procurement, legal and operational stakeholders to maintain accurate contract records, monitor contractual obligations and support reporting and governance requirements. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong reporting capabilities and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain contract registers, trackers, databases and document repositories
Track contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, notices and reporting deadlines
Prepare and maintain contract reports, dashboards, governance packs and meeting documentation
Coordinate reporting inputs across operations, finance, procurement and other stakeholders
Maintain accurate compliance records and supporting documentation
Support contract variations, extensions, waivers, approvals and change requests
Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and action registers
Track risks, issues, actions and contractual deliverables through to completion
Assist with customer submissions, formal correspondence and contract documentation
Support audit and assurance activities by maintaining accurate records and evidence
Skills And Experience Required:
Australian Defence Baseline security clearance,



or the ability to obtain and maintain one
Must Be Australian Citizen or PR holder
Previous experience working with Government contracts, Defence contracts or highly regulated environments is highly desirable
Experience in contract administration, commercial administration, project administration, procurement or a similar role
Strong reporting and data management experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large datasets, trackers, reporting and dashboards
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Understanding of contract management, governance and compliance processes
