The Future Generation Joint Venture brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design construct Snowy 2.0. This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.
Snowy 2.0 is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history. It is the largest committed renewable energy project in Australia and will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come. This Iconic Project has and will continue to create its own legacy in Australian history.
The Role
As an Underground Structures Supervisor, you will be responsible for the frontline supervision and coordination of crews carrying out tunnel lining and structural works.
You will be expected to effectively manage and coordinate teams including:
Carpenters and Formworkers
Multi-skilled FRP personnel
Steel Fixers
Concreters Concrete Pump Operators
Mechanical Tradespersons
You will play a key role in coordinating these work groups to safely deliver complex underground structures.
The Experience We Are Looking For
We want to hear from supervisors with a proven track record delivering major civil or underground structures, particularly experience involving:
Tunnel lining works
Tunnel lining travellers
Cross passages
Transition structures
Large-scale formwork systems
Doka, Peri or similar formwork systems
Reinforcement, formwork and concrete activities
Managing multidisciplinary FRP and mechanical crews




Large-scale civil infrastructure or tunnelling projects
Previous underground construction experience is highly desirable. Experience with Putzmeister fixed and mobile concrete pumps will also be highly regarded.

12-hour shifts
