are looking for passionate, aspiring chefs to join our team as Apprentices. This is your chance to kickstart a rewarding career in hospitality, learning from the best while earning your qualification.
Your Key Responsibilities
Culinary Support:
Assist our chef team with preparing fresh ingredients, cooking, and plating high-quality dishes.
Skill Development:
Learn the fundamentals of the trade, including food safety, professional cooking techniques, and artistic plating.
Kitchen Operations:
Help maintain a clean, organised, and smooth-running kitchen environment.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with a talented crew in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
Long-term Goal:
Commit to earning a
qualified trade certificate
over a three-year period.

Mandatory Requirements
Experience:
Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred, but
not mandatory
