The team at Mister Botanical is growing! We are seeking an additional experienced and passionate Florist to join our growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work within a high-end, design-focused studio renowned for creating bespoke floral experiences.
Mister Botanical is centrally located in the heart of Brisbane CBD. We're a small team who get along well and like to have a laugh while achieving beautiful, creative work together.
About the role
Part time or full-time hours (flexible dependent upon the applicant), paid above the award rate. Working ***** hours per week on set days (4 - 4.5 days).
What you'll be doing
Create beautiful floral arrangements for discerning clients and events
Daily operations, client relations and inventory management
Uphold the studio's commitment to excellence, creativity, and impeccable service.
What we're looking for
Must have current and permanent Australian working rights
2 years' floristry experience, proven background in floral design
Strong communication and organisational skills
Flexible and able to work autonomously, with preferred customer service experience
A refined design aesthetic, or willingness to develop this
