A boutique Parramatta law firm is seeking an experienced Property, Wills & Estates Solicitor to join their office. The firm is highly regarded for its property and estates work and provides a team-oriented, supportive, and traditional office-based environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys working independently and managing matters end-to-end.
Salary and Features of the Position:
$150,000–$160,000 + super for the right candidate
Office hours Monday–Friday, 9–5; excellent work-life balance
No billable hour targets
Onsite car parking
Work alongside experienced lawyers in a collaborative, team-based culture

About the Firm:
Conveyancing and all property transactions, including leases and business purchases/sales
Wills, Estate Planning, Powers of Attorney, Deceased Estates
Business Law, corporate and commercial matters
Clients include first home buyers, property developers, real estate agents, banks, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and developers of residential, commercial, industrial, and large-scale urban renewal projects.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years' PAE in Property Law, Conveyancing, Wills, Estates, Powers of Attorney, or Enduring Guardians
Ability to manage matters end-to-end with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills, professional, and client-focused
Friendly, polite, and collaborative approach
