Assurant, Inc. is seeking a skilled Apple Service Technician L2 to join our Auburn Device Care Centre. You will perform advanced diagnostics, in-warranty repairs, and quality assurance across Apple products, following Apple standards and KPIs.
Based in Auburn, you will guide junior technicians and handle complex escalations while maintaining autonomy and adherence to processes. AppleCare ACST/ACRT certifications are required, with Atlas certification preferred.
