YOUR ROLE
As BDM, you'll be responsible for generating and closing new business across Brisbane.
Your typical week could include:
Prospecting and visiting businesses across Brisbane
Meeting business owners and senior decision-makers
Conducting face‐to‐face presentations and digital audits
Understanding business challenges and recommending the right solution
Negotiating and closing new business
Building and managing your own sales pipeline
Consistently achieving sales targets
This is a hunter role!
We're looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, having conversations, presenting confidently and asking for the business.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You'll ideally have:
3+ years' B2B sales / business development experience
Proven experience selling digital marketing services
Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, websites, social media and/or digital strategy
Experience selling to business owners and senior decision-makers
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
A proven track record of winning new business
Confidence working independently in the field
A genuine hunger to build a high-performing sales career
Full Australian working rights (Australian citizens and permanent residents preferred)




Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Most importantly — you need to know how to sell.

Experience: 3+ years' local B2B sales experience, preferably in Digital Marketing
