We're looking for a
Senior Software Engineer
who thrives on solving complex engineering challenges, driving technical excellence, and building modern cloud-native solutions at scale. This is a hands‐on senior role where you'll influence architecture, mentor engineers, and help shape the next generation of our platforms.

Drive technical quality, scalability, security, and reliability across applications and integrations
Lead engineering excellence through mentoring, code reviews, and best‐practice development
Partner with Product, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to design and deliver impactful solutions
Champion up-to-date engineering practices including CI/CD, automation, testing, and observability
Enhance and evolve event‐driven, cloud‐native platforms and distributed systems
Take a lead role in production support, incident management, and continuous improvement activities
To be considered for this role you will demonstrate:
Strong hands‐on experience with
C# and .NET (Core / .NET 5+)
Deep expertise building
ASP.NET Core APIs
and distributed systems
Proven experience designing and implementing
microservices architectures
Strong experience with
event‐driven systems
Advanced experience with
NoSQL databases
, including
Cosmos DB or MongoDB
Robust understanding of
secure coding practices
, including
OAuth, JWT, authentication, authorisation, and identity management
Experience leveraging
AI and automation technologies
to improve engineering productivity,



operational efficiency, or customer outcomes
Cloud, DevOps & Platforms
Recent experience with
Microsoft Azure
, including:
App Services
Azure Functions
Service Bus
Key Vault
API Management
Strong experience building and maintaining
CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Experience implementing infrastructure and deployment automation within cloud environments
Previous exposure to
multi‐cloud environments
such as
AWS and/or GCP
