Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) - Anaesthetics PACU Melbourne VIC Full Time | Monday to Friday day surgery hours $120,830 - $124,900 + super, EBA-aligned A private day surgery hospital in Melbourne's east is looking for an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager to lead floor coordination and clinical escalation across Anaesthetics and PACU.
The Role As ANUM, you will coordinate the floor across Anaesthetics and PACU, providing clinical leadership and escalation support to the theatre team on a day surgery roster.
What's On Offer $120,830 p.a. (Year 1) rising to $124,900 p.a. (Year 2), EBA-aligned, plus superannuation Qualification allowance for a postgraduate certificate or diploma, or a Master's degree, on top of base pay Day surgery hours, typically Monday to Friday with minimal or no overnight or weekend shifts Saturday,
