About the role This is a hands-on leadership position combining business development, relationship management and sales leadership.
Working closely with the business owner, you will lead a small internal sales team while actively developing and growing dealer relationships throughout Australia.
Success in this role will come from building genuine partnerships, identifying new business opportunities and supporting your team to achieve outstanding results.
The role is predominantly office-based in Newcastle, with occasional interstate travel required to support key customer and Tier 1 dealer relationships.
Key Responsibilities will include: Leading,



coaching and supporting a small internal sales team Developing new business opportunities and expanding the national dealer network Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners Re-engaging dormant accounts and identifying growth opportunities Managing inbound enquiries while maintaining a proactive outbound sales focus Working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes Contributing to sales strategy, forecasting and continuous improvement initiatives Supporting key customer and Tier 1 dealer relationships, including occasional interstate travel where required.
About you To be successful in this role, you'll be an energetic and commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building relationships and leading from the front.
