About the Role
Reporting to the Transactional Services Manager, this 12-month maternity leave contract offers the opportunity to step into a senior role where you'll have genuine influence across the finance function.
More than a traditional Accounts Receivable position, you'll combine day-to-day revenue responsibilities with leadership, process improvement and involvement in automation and AI initiatives. You'll be a trusted member of the team, providing support to colleagues, improving processes and helping shape the future of the revenue function.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing debtor invoicing, receipts, credit notes and revenue journals
Supporting month-end reporting and reconciliations
Preparing regular and ad hoc revenue reporting
Managing debt recovery activities and stakeholder communications
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies
Supporting automation, digital transformation and AI projects
Maintaining process documentation and controls
Acting as a senior point of contact within the team,



providing guidance and support where required
About You
You're an experienced Accounts Receivable professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and making things better.
You don't just process transactions. You look for opportunities to improve processes, ask questions, think critically and genuinely care about delivering a great experience for both internal and external customers.
You'll bring:
Previous experience in a Senior Accounts Receivable position
Strong accounts receivable and revenue management experience
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Natural leadership capability with a willingness to mentor and support others
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Experience identifying process improvements and driving efficiencies
Confidence using initiative and contributing new ideas
TechnologyOne experience will be highly regarded
