Hybrid working model: Up to 3-4 days WFH We are seeking a Media Buyer with strong digital media experience A role with genuine scope to grow, develop and take on greater responsibility The Role Working within a collaborative national media team, you will manage an existing portfolio of property clients and oversee campaigns from brief through to delivery, optimisation and reporting.
The Agency partners with many of the country's leading developers, builders, and property groups, delivering high-impact media strategies across residential, apartments, mixed-use, land, and build-to-rent campaigns nationwide.
Key responsibilities include: Developing strategic, results-focused media plans with a strong digital focus Booking, managing and optimising campaigns across multiple channels Managing client relationships, briefs, meetings and ongoing communication Liaising with media publishers, gathering insights and negotiating competitive rates Analysing campaign performance and providing reporting and recommendations Collaborating with internal creative, media and performance teams to deliver integrated campaigns About You We're looking for someone who brings: Previous media buying experience,



ideally within an agency environment Strong digital media experience – essential Understanding of campaign optimisation and performance-led media Robust client relationship and account management capabilities Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail Experience with Google Analytics and Looker Studio would be advantageous Experience within property, real estate or property marketing would be highly regarded.
