Software / Application Development Melbourne Contract Immediate start contract opportunity Melbourne based - hybrid working Work across enhancements, incidents and problem management We're partnering with a leading enterprise organisation seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to join an established team responsible for maintaining and enhancing a critical ServiceNow environment.
Reporting to the ServiceNow Team Lead, you'll work closely with both local and offshore teams to deliver platform enhancements while supporting production incidents, service requests and problem management activities.
This is a collaborative environment where you'll have the chance to contribute to the stability, performance and continuous improvement of a mature ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement ServiceNow enhancements and change requests Investigate and resolve production incidents Support service requests and problem tickets Perform platform development, configuration and customisation activities Collaborate with stakeholders,



developers and support teams across Australia and India Contribute to ongoing platform improvements and best practices Key Skills Experience Demonstrated experience as a ServiceNow Developer Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and platform capabilities Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting issues Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows and integrations Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work effectively within distributed and collaborative teams What's on Offer Immediate start available Hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days onsite Melbourne based Opportunity to work within a large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environment If you're available or becoming available soon and have strong ServiceNow development experience, we'd love to hear from you.
