POWER BI EXPERIENCE HIGHLY VALUED This is a genuinely broad, hands-on role.
You'll be close to the numbers across a multi-site operation, working with budget holders and the wider finance team to produce accurate reporting, build out dashboards and improve how financial information is presented and understood across the business.
It's a role that suits someone who enjoys the mechanics of valuable reporting as much as the analysis that sits behind it.
You'll have real ownership over how information flows from the ledger through to the people who use it, with plenty of scope to bring structure, automation and better tools to the way the business reports on itself.
What you'll be doing: Prepare month-end management accounts and variance analysis Support budgeting,



forecasting and reporting cycles across multiple sites Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to improve reporting visibility Partner with budget holders to explain results and answer queries Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger integrity Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes and templates Support the finance team with ad hoc analysis and project work What we're looking for: Solid experience in a management accounting or similar reporting role Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience building Power BI reports Working towards CPA or CA is fine, full qualification is not required Comfortable working across multiple cost centres or sites Clear communicator, able to explain numbers to non-finance stakeholders Organised, accurate and proactive in improving how things are done If you're a management accountant who takes pride in clean reporting and wants to build your Power BI and analytical skillset in a stable, purpose-driven organisation, this is a great next step.
