About the Role I am looking to recruit a Business Process Analyst for an initial 6-month contract supporting a key operational excellence / business transformation program.
You will partner directly with operational leaders to review current-state workflows, challenge legacy practices, identify efficiencies, and build robust future-state documentation.
Key Responsibilities Review and assess end-to-end operational processes across quality, efficiency, control, and customer experience.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops to challenge current ways of working and identify automation or standardisation opportunities.
Develop clear process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
Design and implement scalable future-state operating models that lift productivity and compliance.
About you 5+ years of experience across continuous improvement, process redesign,



or business transformation.
Proven track record mapping processes and drafting comprehensive SOPs/documentation.
Lean Six Sigma training or qualifications a bonus - Yellow/Green Belt Solid stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing skills.
Experience in a business process role within a shared services, service operations, BPO, or offshoring projects is advantageous.
