We're looking for a outstanding Chef de Partie to join our team at The Breslin Bar & Grill in Southbank.
We're a busy, established restaurant and we're looking for someone who knows their way around a kitchen, enjoys a fast-paced service and, most importantly, can confidently take control of either the Grill or Pan section.
This role would suit someone with at least 3 years' experience who doesn't need to be constantly supervised. We want someone who can come in, get organised, own their section and work well alongside the rest of the kitchen team.

What we're looking for:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Confident running Grill or Pan section independently
Comfortable with busy, high-volume services
Good organisation and time management
Consistent with quality and presentation




Reliable, hardworking and a good team player
Someone who takes pride in what they put on the plate
