Our client is seeking a warm, organised and proactive Office Coordinator to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the go-to person in an office, someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, loves keeping things organised and is always happy to lend a hand.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the office, supporting clients and the broader team, managing meeting rooms and office facilities, assisting with administration and getting involved in client events and marketing activities.
What you'll be doing: Welcoming clients and visitors and creating a professional, positive first impression Coordinating meeting rooms, refreshments and meeting room technology Managing incoming calls and general office enquiries Keeping the office organised, well-presented and fully stocked Coordinating mail, client documents, printing, binding and general administration Liaising with building management, suppliers and service providers Supporting the team with client packs, reports and document management Working with the Marketing Manager to deliver boardroom lunches, client events and other marketing initiatives Providing broader administrative support across the office as required About you You'll bring previous experience in a client-facing, reception, administration or office coordination role.
More importantly, you'll be someone who: Is warm, professional and confident,
with a genuine focus on creating a positive experience for clients and internal stakeholders Has excellent attention to detail Is highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities Takes initiative and notices what needs to be done Is comfortable working independently as well as part of a small team Communicates clearly and professionally Is tech-savvy, confident picking up new systems and comfortable handling basic IT troubleshooting Why this role?
