About the role Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing individualised treatment and support plans Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions and counselling to support recovery and emotional wellbeing Building robust therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds using a trauma-informed and person-centred approach Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to coordinate effective care and achieve positive outcomes Maintaining accurate clinical documentation, case notes,
