Joining us as a Full Time Finance Officer you will sit within our Financial Accounting team in a core transactional and processing role, working with large sets of data. Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, you will work alongside a team who oversee the Management and Financial Accounting functions of our large retail operations. You will play a key role in ensuring our core monthly accounting functions are completed on-time and accurately

What you will be doing
Reconciling high volume weekly store POS cash/EFT transactions for multiple stores, liaising with Restaurants and Managers where necessary
Assisting in the review of periodic stock counts to ensure integrity
Preparing allocated general ledger balance sheet reconciliations
Staff and store reimbursement processing & review
Preparation of allocated weekly/monthly journals
Providing cover / support to other members of the team
Various ad hoc tasks supporting the end of month processing
What you'll bring
Advanced MS Office skills, predominantly within Excel
Ability to use initiative and add value to greater Finance team
Ability to demonstrate strong reliability, organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
Ability to take ownership of work and contribute to a positive team environment
Ability to work with large sets of data




Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high levels of accuracy
Professional communication (written and verbal) and people skills
Strong time management and ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
