Job Description Provide high-level executive assistance to senior management, including diary and email management.Complex diary and inbox management across multiple time zones.Interstate travel required for the role 3 days a month.Coordinate and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Organise meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the team.Prepare and manage correspondence, reports,



and presentations.Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.End‐to‐end travel coordination for Partners and senior leaders Support HR functions, including on boarding and maintaining employee records.
The Successful Applicant A successful Executive Assistant should have: Proven experience in executive assistance supporting multiple partners.
Experience in the Defence or Infrastructure industry is highly regarded.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
A professional and approachable attitude Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating virtually What's on Offer Market-competitive salary package between $110,000 - $120,000 AUD.
