What you'll do The Data Center Technician is the primary custodian of our physical footprint within multi-tenant colocation facilities.
This role focuses on "Inside the Cage" operations, ensuring 100% asset accuracy, world-class cabling standards, and coordination with facility providers.




You will maintain the "Digital Twin" of our environment using DCIM tools while serving as the main point of contact for all site-related activities.
The day-to-day Cage Standards handle the removal of cardboard, debris, and orphaned cables.
Audit Readiness: Perform regular site visits and physical audits to verify that the physical state of the cage matches the documentation.
DCIM Source of Truth: Maintain 100% accuracy in DCIM.
All Moves, Adds, and Changes must be planned ahead of time.
Connectivity Mapping: Map and document all end-to-end cable paths, including cross-connects to the facility Meet-Me-Room.
Capacity Monitoring: Use DCIM tools to monitor power draw per rack and available RU space to prevent over-subscription.
