The Observatory is seeking an experienced Pizza Chef for an ongoing Monday and Tuesday roster over the next 7 weeks, in a fast-paced hospitality workplace.
You will independently run a pizza section, make dough in-house, and hand-stretch Neapolitan-style pizzas to a high standard. Weekend and public-holiday availability is required.
Remuneration includes an Ordinary rate of $***** p/h, with Saturday $***** p/h and Sunday $***** p/h.
