Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team in the Central Coast region. This part time role offers flexibility, autonomy and meaningful work, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to older Australians in their homes.
You'll work three days a week (Wed, Thu, Fri), building relationships and supporting individual goals while maintaining independence and dignity for clients.
