Salary
: Circa 75k - 95k including super (depends on experience)
We are looking for relationship-driven leaders to join the Corporate Finance/Deal division in Top 10 Chartered Accountant firms in the world.
Responsibilities
Support valuation engagements through financial modelling, analysis, research, and clear report writing across ASX‐listed and private companies
Undertake valuations of businesses, equity interests, financial instruments, and intangible assets for transaction, tax, and financial reporting purposes
Conduct market research, client interviews, and commercial/financial analysis to inform valuation outcomes
Prepare reports and proposals while building robust relationships with clients, senior staff, and internal teams

Qualifications
A relevant university degree in Finance/Accounting
CA qualified/on the CA pathway, and/or pursuing a relevant Master degree
2.5+ years in corporate finance, audit (Big 4 or mid‐tier), or equities analysis, with solid exposure to financial modelling and business analysis
Proven experiencein financial modelling (Excel and related tools)
Strong interpersonal skills and client-management ability
