The Federal Government client is seeking a highly skilled ICT Project Officer. The role involves responding to helpdesk requests, resolving routine ICT issues, maintaining accurate service records, and supporting deployment and management of ICT equipment.
Working in the Business Systems Unit, you will contribute to reliable, customer-focused ICT services while supporting broader ICT projects. This is a 100% office-based role located in Barton, ACT, with APS5 equivalent duties.
