About the role
This full-time, onsite role is the first point of contact for workplace services, delivering exceptional face-to-face support and creating a welcoming, client-focused environment. You will coordinate workplace services, manage enquiries, connect people with the right support and solutions, and build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and service providers. Working in a rapid-paced environment, you will use sound judgement to balance competing priorities, resolve issues and contribute to seamless workplace operations and positive workplace experiences.
Welcome visitors and provide responsive support across face-to-face, phone and email channels.
Coordinate workplace services and ensure timely access to support and solutions.




Foster positive client relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Assess priorities, address challenges and drive effective workplace outcomes.
Skills and experience
Deliver high-quality service and create positive experiences.
Build strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication.
Manage priorities and coordinate timely service outcomes.
Identify service improvements and drive consistent outcomes.
Customer-facing experience is valued but not essential.
