We are looking for an experienced or aspiring Landscaping Team Leader to guide and develop landscaping operations for a respected and growing landscaping company located in the southwestern metropolitan area of Western Australia. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a supportive and expanding team.
Role Overview
Experience required: solid background in landscaping or construction, demonstrated leadership skills
Salary range: competitive annual salary in the $70,000 to $90,000 bracket.
Location: Metropolitan area, Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Perform hands‐on landscaping tasks approximately 80% of the time, focusing on paving and synthetic turf.
Coordinate daily team activities including workload scheduling and materials management.
Collaborate closely with the existing supervisor during a structured transition period before assuming full leadership duties.
Contribute to growth objectives with plans to expand the team size significantly in the near future.
Ensure high-quality standards and customer satisfaction through effective team leadership and clear communication.
