About the Role
Our Pole to Pit team supports critical overhead and underground power distribution networks, delivering safe, reliable and customer-focused solutions.
We're seeking a motivated Team Leader to join our Tullamarine Depot. In this hands‐on role, you'll lead a high‐performing team, oversee field service delivery, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Lead and develop the Pole to Pit team to deliver safe and efficient outcomes
Manage customer enquiries and escalations, working closely with contractors and clients
Oversee quoting and deliver cost‐effective, high‐quality solutions
Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines and compliance requirements
Manage complex projects from initiation through to completion
Conduct site assessments and ensure timely completion of works
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
About You




Experienced operational leader with a strong track record of managing teams, coordinating complex service requests, and driving efficient workflow delivery in regulated environments Skilled in stakeholder management, financial oversight, resource planning, and fostering high‐performing teams through a positive and safety‐focused culture
Experience in the energy distribution sector and an understanding of Victorian Electricity Supply Industry (VESI) requirements and distribution assets
Lines worker / Electrical or Inspector trade qualifications (desirable but not essential)
An understanding of the Victorian service & Installation rules (VSIR)
Strong understanding of Land and survey Spatial information, interpreting plan of subdivision, Electrical work requests & construction drawings
Demonstrated ability to work with utilities, councils, VicRoads, contractors, and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes within compliance requirements and operational timeframes.
Jemena software systems, SAP, Electricity distribution portal, Upvise & JENviewer
Current Australian Driver's License
