UpGuard is seeking a hands-on GTM systems engineer to own and improve the tech stack powering our revenue motions. You'll start by administering the GTM tooling, then grow into architectural ownership of how CRM, CPQ/billing, and CS systems fit together.
You should bring 1–3 years building CRM systems, Salesforce/HubSpot experience, and a practical view of access control, automation patterns, and data integrity. This role is fully remote with a robust path to system ownership.
