About the role
Support the preparation, review and administration of contracts, working closely with internal stakeholders and legal advisors to ensure all documentation is accurate and ready for execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers and other key stakeholders.
Respond to customer enquiries and requests via phone and email, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
Maintain accurate contract, customer and stakeholder records within CRM and document management systems.




Provide advice and support on emerging issues, service delivery priorities and contract-related matters.
Identify issues, discrepancies and risks, applying sound judgement to support effective resolution and decision-making.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing processes, service delivery and the overall customer experience.
About you
Exceptional accuracy and precision, with a strong attention to detailed experience working in a highly regulated environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sound knowledge of legal and compliance requirements
Robust records management skills, including maintaining accurate customer and contract information within CRM systems
