Toowong Automotive Group Pty Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Manager to join our team in Toowong, QLD.
In this full-time role, you will work closely with our sales team to help customers through the finance and insurance process, achieve monthly targets, and deliver a excellent customer experience. You will play a key role in driving results, supporting the team, and contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the business.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
Manage and oversee all financial aspects of the dealership, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Analyse sales and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Supervise and motivate a team of sales, finance, and customer service professionals
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners
Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the Craig Burgess Motor Group
What we're looking for
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to interpret and analyse financial data




Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Demonstrable problem-solving and decision-making skills
Thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
