Our client, a respected architectural practice, is seeking a friendly, organised and proactive
Studio Support Coordinator
to provide essential front-of-house and administrative support within their busy studio. This role is pivotal in maintaining a qualified, welcoming and efficient office environment while supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice. The client is looking for a candidate who is interested in a long-term opportunity and becoming an integral part of the team. Office hours are
Tuesday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
.
Roles & Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Greet visitors, clients, consultants and suppliers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Manage incoming deliveries, couriers and general office correspondence.
Arrange hospitality and refreshments for meetings and visitors.
Maintain a professional and presentable reception area, meeting rooms and communal spaces.
Pack and unpack the dishwasher and assist with maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organisation.
Organise and maintain the studio's sample and materials library.
Coordinate office morning teas, staff functions, celebrations and other team events.
Monitor office stationery, kitchen supplies and general consumables, placing orders as required.
Liaise with suppliers and service providers to support the smooth operation of the office.




Provide general administrative support across the practice.
Maintain records, databases and administrative systems.
Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning, printing and other ad hoc administrative duties.
Support staff and leadership with office-related tasks as required.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a Receptionist, Office Administrator, Studio Coordinator, Administration Assistant or similar support role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and personable manner.
Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proactive, reliable and capable of working independently.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Experience using Adobe InDesign would be highly regarded.
Experience within an architecture, design, engineering or professional services environment is advantageous
