As DC Manager, you'll lead one of our depots in our national network, overseeing a diverse and complex operation across road, rail, warehousing and multiple freight streams. This is a hands-on senior leadership role where your decisions will directly influence safety, operational performance, people, customer outcomes and commercial results. You'll have the opportunity to:
Lead with purpose – Champion our Safe Always culture, set clear expectations and ensure safety remains at the forefront of everything we do.
Drive operational excellence – Oversee a high-volume operation spanning local fleets, road and rail movements, cross-dock warehousing, multiple commodity types and temperature zones, while supporting an efficient linehaul network.
Lead and develop your team – Build a high-performing and accountable workforce through clear leadership, coaching, performance management and employee engagement.
Strengthen customer partnerships – Build trusted relationships with key customers, deliver on commitments and maintain Lindsay's reputation for reliable, high-quality service.
Own the results – Take accountability for safe and cost-effective depot operations, including labour planning, budgets, cost management, site maintenance and overall operational performance.

What You'll Bring:
Proven senior leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years' experience leading diverse, high-performing teams, ideally within transport, logistics or a similar operational environment.
A strong safety mindset and demonstrated ability to build a workplace where safety is genuinely embedded in day-to-day operations.
Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to develop teams, manage performance and build a culture of accountability and engagement.
Exceptional customer relationship skills and the ability to build trusted, long-term partnerships.
Strong commercial and financial acumen,



including experience managing budgets, controlling costs and delivering meaningful operational and business reporting.
A robust operational and process focus, supported by sound judgement, problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
A high level of accountability and self-leadership, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and consistently deliver results.
