Schedule:
Weekday coverage- 8a-5p, no nights or weekends. We are looking for one full time provider to join the team, starting ASAP as an ongoing need until a recent perm provider is hired. Minimum availability ask is 2 weeks a month if we're able to find two providers to work 2on/2off.

Requirements:
Board Certification: Yes
License required: Active WA License or IMLC
Fellowship: Preferred
Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
