Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, high-volume stock management, and a 20+ person team within a busy specialist area. You will collaborate with Coordinators across departments and report to senior store leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will train and develop your team, drive service standards, and ensure the department showcases our widest range and best prices. Weekend rosters and some public holidays are part of the schedule.
