We have an exciting role which has become available for a Guest Services Agent/Receptionist. We are searching for a super friendly, bubbly, yet professional individual to join our Amazing Front Office Team! If this sounds like you, please read below for more info!
What your day will look like:
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests, Check-in & Check-out of all guest
You will look after all hotel reservations & enquiries, via phone & email
Efficiently work with other hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations




Complete daily shift checklist and tasks efficiently in a timely manner
You will be responsible for the smooth operation of your shift
What the ideal candidate will have:
Sound knowledge of Opera PMS (Opera Cloud)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Tech Savvy
Ability to work independently & within a team setting
Ability to handle issues in calm manner - Think outside the box
Advanced communication skills
Well organised, with excellent attention to detail & time management
Availability to work Weekends / public holidays on a rotating roster both AM & PM - Approximately ***** hours per week
Be motivated and responsible & have a friendly & outgoing personality
Minimum 1yearexperience in a similar role
