The business is expanding its Projects division, with a focus on delivering medium density developments of up to 20 homes per site.
As Construction Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and growing this part of the business while leading the successful delivery of multiple projects.
This is more than a project delivery role.
You will have the opportunity to help shape how the Projects division operates as it grows, working closely with senior leadership and taking ownership of construction outcomes across multiple sites.
The Role As Construction Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading the delivery of multiple medium density projects Managing construction programs, budgets, quality and safety Coordinating internal teams, consultants, contractors and subcontractors Driving project performance and ensuring key milestones are achieved Identifying opportunities to improve processes,



efficiency and project outcomes Building strong relationships across the construction and development teams Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Projects division The Like Mind We are looking for an experienced construction professional who combines strong project delivery capability with commercial awareness and leadership.
You will ideally bring: Proven experience in a Construction Manager or senior Project Management role Experience delivering residential or medium density projects Strong understanding of construction processes, programming and budgets The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach The commercial mindset to help build and grow a developing Projects division Why This Opportunity?
